چکیده

The publication opportunities in science require knowing the existing gaps academic debate. In recent decades, scholars specializing fuzzy theory and applied methodologies have experienced an unprecedented evolution of field. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) shaped way socio-technical transitions use to solve environmental problems. This study conducts a systematic literature review articles published Journal Citations Report on these specific fields. Web Science (Core Collection) was used database assembled (N = 1956) that allowed evaluation research agenda detecting high-impact opportunities. A model analysis successful strategies influence is proposed. tested with configurational methodology through fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA). conditions are: number authors, underlying interest researchers, standardized citations per year, age link sustainability. results are solid inform five paths ensure success publications journals. robustness allows its extrapolation other fields research. contribution this article knowledge conversation addition, it clarifies different guarantee high impact articles. offers important recommendations for academics journal editors, allowing them guide advise production scholarly debate future.

Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis

Sets can be subsets of larger sets. For example, the set of grad students is a subset of the set of university students. The set of cats is a subset of the set of mammals. Sometimes, these subsets are definitional (as in the previous examples), but sometimes they can be causal. For example, the set of students who studied constitute a subset of students who did well on the test. The set of zip ...

Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis

Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (Fs/QCA) is a social science me thod developed in order to combine case-oriented and variable-oriented quantitative analysis. It started with the creation of qualitative comparative analysis [1], with Fs/QCA later developed by applying fuzzy-set theory [2]. Although the fuzzy-set approach is still considered to be in the process of being developed [3-5...

A research on classification performance of fuzzy classifiers based on fuzzy set theory

Due to the complexities of objects and the vagueness of the human mind, it has attracted considerable attention from researchers studying fuzzy classification algorithms. In this paper, we propose a concept of fuzzy relative entropy to measure the divergence between two fuzzy sets. Applying fuzzy relative entropy, we prove the conclusion that patterns with high fuzziness are close to the classi...

Quantum Fuzzy Sets: Blending Fuzzy Set Theory and Quantum Computation

In this article we investigate a way in which quantum computing can be used to extend the class of fuzzy sets. The core idea is to see states of a quantum register as characteristic functions of quantum fuzzy subsets of a given set. As the real unit interval is embedded in the Bloch sphere, every fuzzy set is automatically a quantum fuzzy set. However, a generic quantum fuzzy set can be seen as...

Institutional Analysis of Corruption Configurations in South-West Asian Countries: A Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA)

Considering corruption as one of the chronic harms of the administrative system, and the social factor affecting economic growth, the present study sought toexplain, for the first time, the differences in the perceived levels of corruptionamong 16 Southwest Asian countries, relying on the sociological “newinstitutionalism” theory in analyzing organizations, describing cau...
